Check the film, then check the cut
Escape Room is an easy title to mix up in a streaming search. The guide above follows Sony's 2019 film and its sequel, Tournament of Champions, rather than treating every movie called Escape Room as part of the same story.
Once you reach the sequel, the version matters too. Its theatrical and extended cuts contain different story material, not simply the same scenes with a longer running time. Check the cut before comparing endings or wondering why a character's role looks different.
Use the viewing list for the straightforward route. The version notes are there for anyone choosing a rental or revisiting the sequel, with unrelated 2017 releases kept separate so they do not interrupt the series.
